About The Position
Vow’d Weddings is seeking an energetic, driven Senior Stylist to help deliver a distinctive, approachable, and fun wedding-shopping experience. The Senior Stylist serves as the Store Leader’s right hand, coaches the broader styling team, and helps build community engagement and brand awareness. This role is suited to someone who enjoys planning events, has an eye for design, and is ready to take on new challenges. The Senior Stylist advocates for brides and creates one-of-a-kind guest experiences. The role supports sales through product knowledge and styling training, develops outreach ideas to increase awareness and appointments, and creates an inviting guest environment through visual merchandising. The Senior Stylist also mentors and motivates stylists and supports the Store Leader with recruiting, community outreach, and operational tasks. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Act as the bride’s advocate and deliver unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
- Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and average order value (AOV).
- Develop innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
- Use product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
- Mentor and motivate a team of stylists and serve as a culture cheerleader for the team.
- Support the Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach, and operational tasks.
