About The Position

Vow’d Weddings is a rapidly growing wedding brand with a diverse team focused on building an authentic, approachable, and fun brand. The Senior Stylist is the right-hand to the Store Leader, a personal styling coach to the broader team, and a community cheerleader. This role suits an energetic, driven sales associate who enjoys planning events, has an eye for design, and is ready to take on new challenges. The Senior Stylist advocates for brides by delivering distinctive guest experiences, supports sales through product knowledge and styling training, and helps increase brand awareness and appointments. The role also contributes to visual merchandising, team mentoring, recruitment, community outreach, and store operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Outgoing, with the ability to flex between intimate settings and engaging a crowd.
Critical thinker who is nimble, flexible, and comfortable with change.

Responsibilities

Act as the bride’s advocate and deliver unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and average order value (AOV).
Develop innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
Use product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
Mentor and motivate a team of stylists and act as a culture cheerleader for the team.
Support the Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach, and operational tasks.
