About The Position

The Anthropologie Weddings Stylist contributes to driving sales by supporting the leadership team in elevating the customer experience and establishing lasting customer connections. This full-time role includes styling, outfitting education, team development, client outreach, and booking appointments.

The Stylist represents the brand, provides expert styling advice and individualized product recommendations, and uses technology to support client service, sales, associate education, and clienteling. The role collaborates with peers and leadership to support team development, store objectives, visual presentation, business operations, and customer relationships. The Stylist also contributes product knowledge and customer insights, participates in store communication and fit sessions, and supports outreach, appointments, follow-up, networking, and store events.

This position is located at 1 Walden Galleria, Buffalo, New York, 14225, United States. The stated pay is USD $17.60 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and clienteling.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in or affinity for the Anthropologie and Anthropologie Weddings brands.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a manner reflective of company values.
• Develop authentic customer connections, provide expert styling advice, and offer individualized experiences with product recommendations.
• Use technology to create a frictionless client experience, complete transactions in the moment, upsell, and share products unavailable in store; support associate education, clienteling, and brand focuses through technology.
• Inspire the team through creativity, outfitting, and shared fate, while modeling positive, confident, respectful, and helpful behavior.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership by sharing ideas and participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Partner with the leadership team to mentor service and selling strategies that support individual and monthly goals.
• Help maintain a visually compelling, neat, clean, and organized store, and support weekly customer service, outfitting, or styling objectives.
• Assess Anthropologie Weddings styling expectations and identify business-driving opportunities; take smart risks with measurable results to maximize sales and customer experience.
• Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Participate in store communication and fit sessions; share product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities with staff and customers.
• Provide store and departmental insights about the customer experience to the Anthropologie Weddings leadership team, and participate in district forums when applicable.
• Build ongoing client relationships through outreach, networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and engagement through store events.
