About The Position

Anthropologie is opening a new location in Wichita, Kansas, and is seeking a full-time Anthropologie Weddings Stylist. The Stylist contributes to driving sales by supporting the leadership team in elevating the customer experience and building lasting customer connections. The role includes styling, outfitting education, team development, client outreach, and booking appointments. The Stylist represents the brand, develops authentic customer connections, offers expert styling advice, and provides individualized product recommendations. They use technology to support a seamless client experience, including in-the-moment transactions and sharing or upselling products that are not available in store. They also work with peers and leadership to support team development, sales strategies, store presentation, business operations, and ongoing client relationships. The position is based at 2132 N Rock Rd, Wichita, Kansas, 67206, and requires flexible availability to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The starting pay is USD $17.60 per hour.

Represent the brand in a manner reflective of company values.
Contribute to the store’s service and selling culture by building authentic customer connections, offering expert styling advice, and providing individualized product recommendations.
Use technology to support a frictionless client experience, transact in the moment, and share or upsell products unavailable in store; support associate education, clienteling, and brand priorities through technology.
Inspire the team through creativity, outfitting, and shared fate, while being positive, confident, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Partner with leadership to mentor service and selling strategies that support individual and monthly goals.
Help store leaders maintain a visually compelling, neat, clean, and organized store, and support weekly objectives related to customer service, outfitting, or styling.
Assess Anthropologie Weddings styling expectations and identify opportunities to drive business; take smart risks with measurable results to maximize sales and customer experience.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
Participate in store communication and fit sessions; share product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities with staff and customers.
Provide store and departmental insight about the customer experience to the Anthropologie Weddings leadership team, and participate in district forums when applicable.
Build ongoing client relationships through outreach and networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and engagement through store events.
