Anthropologie Weddings Stylist - Full-Time
About The Position
The Anthropologie Weddings Stylist supports the leadership team in elevating the customer experience and building lasting customer connections while helping drive sales. The role focuses on styling, outfitting education, team development, client outreach, and booking appointments. The Stylist acts as a brand representative, provides personalized styling and product recommendations, and uses technology to support a frictionless client experience and sales. The role also contributes to team development, store presentation and operations, communication, and ongoing client relationships.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in a manner reflective of company values.
- Build authentic customer connections by providing expert styling advice, individualized experiences, and product recommendations.
- Use technology to support customer service, clienteling, associate education, and in-the-moment transactions, including sharing or upselling products not available in store.
- Inspire the team through creativity, outfitting, and positive, respectful collaboration.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
- Partner with the leadership team to mentor service and selling strategies that support individual and monthly goals.
- Help maintain a visually compelling, neat, clean, and organized store and support weekly customer service, outfitting, or styling objectives.
- Assess Anthropologie Weddings styling expectations and identify opportunities to drive business, maximize sales, and improve the customer experience.
- Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Participate in store communications and fit sessions; share product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
- Provide customer-experience insights to the Anthropologie Weddings leadership team and participate in district forums when applicable.
- Build ongoing client relationships through outreach, networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and store events.
