About The Position

Vow’d Weddings is a rapidly growing wedding brand built by a diverse team focused on creating an authentic, approachable, and fun experience. The Senior Stylist serves as the Store Leader’s right-hand, a personal styling coach for the broader team, and a champion for the local community. This role combines bridal guest service, sales, styling, team development, outreach, visual merchandising, and operational support. The ideal candidate is energetic and driven, enjoys planning events, has an eye for design, and is ready to take on new challenges.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for brides and deliver unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and average order value.
• Develop innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
• Use product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists and act as a culture cheerleader for the team.
• Support the Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach, and operational tasks.
