About The Position

Vow’d Weddings is a rapidly growing wedding brand whose team is focused on creating an authentic, approachable, and fun environment. The Senior Stylist is the Store Leader’s right-hand person, a personal styling coach to the broader team, and a community cheerleader. This role is suited to an energetic, driven sales professional who enjoys planning events, has an eye for design, and is ready to take on new challenges.

The Senior Stylist advocates for brides and delivers distinctive guest experiences while helping drive sales through product knowledge, styling training, strong conversion, and average order value. The role also supports brand awareness and appointment generation through outreach, creates an inviting guest environment through visual merchandising, mentors and motivates stylists, and assists the Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach, and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate and deliver unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and average order value.
• Develop innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
• Use product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists and act as a culture cheerleader for the team.
• Support the Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach, and operational tasks.
