This role plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new strategic opportunities with regular exposure to executive leadership. The position assists in managing strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth, value enhancement, and cost optimization. Projects will include acquisitions, joint ventures, saps, and organic growth projects. The role leads cross-functional teams to implement business transactions and strategic changes from due diligence through completion. It involves preparing and presenting investment, divestiture, and acquisition proposals with thorough evaluation of financial returns, market opportunities, and risks. The role transforms information and analyses into actionable decision frameworks and provides trusted counsel and market intelligence to senior leadership for short- and long-term strategic planning.
