About The Position

As a Senior Strategist, Paid Search B2B, you will lead paid search strategy, activation, and thought leadership across a portfolio of B2B clients. You will work with cross-disciplinary teams on challenger and enterprise accounts, manage performance, and help clients look beyond basic campaign metrics. The role involves staying current on search and B2B demand-generation trends, advising clients, developing measurement approaches that link media activity to business outcomes, and supporting new-business pitches. Code3 describes its workplace as remote-first and offers a collaborative, inclusive culture with growth opportunities.
