Senior Storage Engineer

Ava Labs is seeking a talented individual to join their world-class blockchain development team. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-performance solutions for Web3, specifically focusing on innovations on Avalanche. • Instrument existing storage engines in AvalancheGo and improve their performance
• Develop new, blockchain-optimized storage engines for launching high-performance Subnets on Avalanche
• Implement efficient primitives for fetching and verifying subsets of stored data in a P2P network
• Believe in a future where blockchain technologies create a fair and free world for everyone
• Engage with the community and work on open-source code
• Collaborate with other talented contributors instead of working alone
• Implement demos and proofs-of-concept before writing technical documents
• Identify and work on projects that provide value without waiting for instructions
• Have an obsession with code quality and performance
• Demonstrate capability in the subject area, with open-source code or published work as a bonus
• Possess programming experience in Rust, Golang, Java, or C++
• No minimum experience or education requirements
• Fully remote engineering team with no location restrictions
• Salary range of $158,400.00 - $208,200.00 (final offer may vary based on experience and location)
