• Lead a growing team of IT systems engineers to support remote-first employees across multiple time zones
• Optimize all IT systems for security, reporting to the CISO
• Manage SSO, MDM, EDR, and CASB infrastructure
• Handle hardware distribution and refresh
• Lead employee help desk ticket workflow
• Define and meet process SLAs with the CISO
• Support ISO 27001 certification effort and work with auditors
• Propose strategic IT initiatives that support the business and security needs
• Have 7-10+ years of experience as an enterprise IT leader in a 500-1000+ employee environment
• Have minimum 3+ years of experience in a start-up environment
• Have a strong track record in a Mac-first environment
• Be familiar with Okta, Jamf, Slack administration, and AWS
• Have familiarity with a SIEM (nice to have)
• Have experience with BYOD phones and provisioning work-issued mobile devices
• Have a security mindset and report to Security
• Build strong relationships with key people or organizations
• Work on-site 2 days per week
• Have a passion for crypto/web3 and stay updated with the latest news and developments
• Have thorough attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Be comfortable working with low oversight and being proactive.

• Bachelor's degree (optional)
• 7-10+ years of experience as an enterprise IT leader in a 500-1000+ employee environment
• Minimum 3+ years in a start-up environment
• Strong track record in a Mac-first environment (no Windows or Active Directory)
• Deep familiarity with Okta and Jamf
• Experience as a Slack admin, preferably with Slack Grid
• Familiarity with AWS strongly desired
• Familiarity with a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) would be a nice to have
• Track record of success in a cloud-first, cloud-native environment
• Experience with ending BYOD phones and provisioning work-issued mobile devices
• Security mindset - IT team reports to Security
• Ability to build strong relationships

• Salary Range: $166,200 to $197,400 (not a guarantee, final offer may vary based on factors including experience and location)
