About The Position

The Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist/Regional Product Marketing (RPM) Specialist is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, execution, and growth within a specific territory, lifecycle management, and commercial success of the MCU/MPU/Connectivity portfolio. This role involves translating complex technical specifications into customer-resonant value propositions, acting as a "General Manager" for the region by adapting global strategies to local market dynamics, and ensuring the EP & C portfolio meets revenue and design-win targets. The specialist will collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to identify "white space" opportunities, partner with Distribution and Design Houses to build a support ecosystem, and serve as the "Voice of the Region" to influence future product roadmaps based on local requirements and competitive shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related industries.
  • 5+ years in product marketing or product line management.
  • Experience in P&L management, Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business development, Applications, Supply chain management, Cost management, or related roles.
  • Understanding of microcontroller or microprocessor or connectivity applications in consumer, industrial, automotive and data center or communications infrastructure applications and systems.
  • Understanding of Microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex, RISC-V, etc).
  • Understanding of Connectivity Technology (WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC).
  • Understanding of Embedded software ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Semiconductor cost structures, wafer economics, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Strong business acumen with P&L ownership mindset.
  • Strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.
  • Customer-centric orientation.
  • High energy, self-motivation and go-getter attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Creation & Design-Wins: Targeting high-potential customers, executing regional promotions (seminars, tech days, trade shows), managing the "Design-In" to "Design-Win" pipeline, uncovering and supporting opportunities to close and win, working with distributors to support key accounts and "long tail" customers, establishing deep customer relationships, and adjusting local pricing to remain competitive.
  • Key customer initiatives: Developing account profiles with sales (including customer roadmap, competition, SKU map, SAM, SWOT), defining engagement strategies and customer relationships, aligning with roadmap impact, developing account strategies, creating action plans, and performing long-term tracking.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM): Customizing collateral (pitch decks, product positioning, articles), providing sales enablement through training on new products and tech trends, developing and nurturing the ecosystem by training partners and preparing evaluation boards/software, and engaging with local 3rd parties.
  • Strategy & Roadmap: Conducting market analysis through a customer lens to identify emerging trends, and performing competitive intelligence to ensure pricing and performance superiority.
  • Voice of the Region (VOR): Collecting specific regional requirements to influence the global roadmap, and scouting competitor activities locally.
