About The Position

The Senior Specialist – Marketing (Production Operations) manages end-to-end production and delivery of marketing campaigns, from intake and planning through coordination and completion. The role partners with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and manage timelines, scope, dependencies, and communications across concurrent projects. It provides visibility and structure, standardizes processes, tracks progress, identifies risks, and communicates impacts to keep initiatives aligned. The focus is project delivery and operational effectiveness rather than content creation or campaign development. The role also coordinates implementation and communication of sales promotions and marketing campaigns from concept development to finished product, including social and digital campaigns and traditional materials such as direct mailers, brochures, flyers, and catalog pages. It supports research and analysis, including web metrics and trends, competitive website and eCommerce monitoring, customer research, and competitor research, and supports sales and marketing needs across global, national, regional, and local levels. The specialist owns execution of assigned programs, campaigns, or channels; translates objectives into briefs, plans, workflows, and deliverables; monitors performance and identifies optimization opportunities; and leads agency and vendor execution within defined scope. The role coaches and reviews Coordinators’ and Specialists’ work and flags risks with mitigation recommendations to Managers or Senior Managers.
