About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking two Senior Solutions Engineers for a multi-year enterprise transformation focused on ERP modernization. The role will support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support of a future Oracle or SAP ERP environment, working with business users, implementation partners, software vendors, and technical teams. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders across supply chain, warehousing, forecasting, replenishment planning, and ERP functions, as well as support for cloud-based SaaS implementations and organizational change management.

Requirements

• 12–18+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience participating in large enterprise software implementations.
• Understanding of organizational change management, system configuration, regression testing, data flows, and enterprise integrations.
• ERP implementation and ERP systems experience.
• Enterprise systems integration and change management skills.
• Cross-functional stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, Manhattan WMS, or PeopleSoft.
• Experience in the grocery, wholesale, retail, or distribution industries.
• Experience with cloud migrations, supply chain systems, or forecasting and replenishment platforms.

Responsibilities
