About The Position

Oracle NetSuite is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant focused on Healthcare, Life Sciences, Hospitality, and Public Sector organizations. The role advises executive and operational leaders on connecting AI, innovation, and cloud technology with measurable business outcomes. The consultant develops industry expertise and helps organizations address challenges such as financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, commercialization, guest experience, procurement modernization, and public-sector accountability.

The position centers on understanding mission and business outcomes before recommending technology, then presenting how NetSuite capabilities across finance, operations, planning, procurement, projects, analytics, and AI can support transformation. The consultant works cross-functionally to deliver strong customer experiences, creates industry thought leadership and presentation materials, represents Oracle NetSuite at executive and industry events, and mentors other Solution Consultants. Relevant career backgrounds may include industry operations or administration, ERP and business consulting, finance transformation, enterprise software, and professional services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, ERP Consulting, Sales Engineering, Business Consulting, Operations, Professional Services, or a related area.
• Executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Healthcare, Life Sciences, Hospitality, Public Sector, or adjacent industries.
• Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, Procurement, Planning, CRM, Analytics, or Enterprise Applications.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Cloud Applications, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, Salesforce, Blackbaud, the Cerner or Epic ecosystem, or other enterprise ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Executive Directors, and operational leaders to define AI-enabled transformation strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions focused on mission outcomes, operational excellence, and business value before technology.
• Deliver demonstrations connecting finance, operations, planning, procurement, projects, analytics, and AI in a unified business story.
• Serve as a trusted industry advisor to Healthcare, Life Sciences, Hospitality, and Public Sector organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop industry thought leadership, demonstration assets, and executive presentations.
• Represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, and industry conferences.
• Mentor fellow Solution Consultants.
