About The Position
Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant, Strategic Finance & AI, for its Sales Consulting Organization. The role helps prospects, existing customers, and channel partners understand how NetSuite Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Analytics, and AI-powered solutions can transform finance and business operations. The consultant serves as a trusted advisor to finance executives and other stakeholders, connecting business challenges with measurable outcomes and helping organizations modernize planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and decision-making. The position combines financial expertise, technology knowledge, business consulting, and AI strategy. It involves leading discovery and solution-design activities, delivering executive presentations and demonstrations, and showcasing capabilities such as predictive analytics, generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows. The consultant partners with sales teams and customers throughout strategic sales cycles and collaborates with Oracle Product Management and Engineering to share market feedback and inform future innovation. The role also includes developing thought leadership, championing AI internally, and mentoring less experienced Solution Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, FP&A leaders, Controllers, Finance Transformation executives, and Line of Business stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business objectives, planning maturity, data challenges, operational inefficiencies, and AI readiness.
- Design and deliver value-based demonstrations connecting NetSuite EPM, Analytics, and AI capabilities to measurable business value, including integration with NetSuite ERP and third-party data sources.
- Translate complex customer requirements into solution strategies using AI-enabled planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management capabilities.
- Explain the value of AI-driven finance transformation, including predictive planning, intelligent variance analysis, narrative reporting, forecasting optimization, and decision intelligence.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop business cases and executive-level value propositions.
- Demonstrate Oracle NetSuite’s vision for autonomous finance operations through embedded AI, digital assistants, machine learning, and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide market feedback and influence future AI and EPM innovation.
- Develop executive presentations and thought leadership content about modern finance, AI adoption, and business transformation.
- Support strategic sales cycles through workshops, proof-of-concepts, solution architecture reviews, and executive briefings.
- Champion AI innovation internally by educating peers and stakeholders on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive differentiation.
- Mentor and develop less experienced Solution Consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and demonstration best practices.
