About The Position

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to advise organizations in manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products on business transformation using its cloud ERP platform. The consultant will engage executives on challenges such as supply chain disruption, labor shortages, sustainability initiatives, and changing customer expectations, and help them understand how AI can improve demand forecasting, inventory optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and business decisions.

The role focuses on Consumer Goods, Industrial and Equipment Manufacturing, and Food and Beverage. It combines industry and business expertise with solution consulting, executive engagement, and collaboration across Oracle teams. Travel of up to 30% is required. The position is generally eligible for commission, with an estimated pay mix of 70/30–80/20, and may be eligible for equity.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Solution Consulting, ERP Consulting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ERP, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, Financials, or Commerce.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, or Wholesale Distribution.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or Salesforce.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to define AI-enabled transformation strategies.
• Lead discovery and executive workshops focused on business outcomes.
• Deliver demonstrations centered on manufacturing, finance, supply chain, commerce, and AI.
• Develop expertise in Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, and Food and Beverage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Create thought leadership and mentor fellow Solution Consultants.
• Travel up to 30%.
