Oracle Finance Solution Architect, Senior Manager
About The Position
Accenture’s Oracle Business Group brings industry expertise, transformation consulting, and Oracle application and technology capabilities to modernize enterprises across ERP, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, AI, and industry solutions. The Oracle Solution Architect Team partners with clients, account teams, and delivery organizations to shape Oracle transformation programs through solution strategy, architecture, estimation, and pursuit support. The Oracle Finance Solution Architect defines business strategies, designs Oracle-enabled transformations, and architects scalable solutions intended to deliver measurable business value. The role combines Oracle expertise, business consulting, and leadership. It includes designing and testing solutions so processes, integrations, data, reporting, and security work together; collaborating with clients and project teams on solutions and transformation roadmaps; and leading discovery, architecture, design, and executive-presentation activities. The role also supports sales pursuits and builds Oracle technical, functional, industry, and business expertise. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience.
- At least 5 years supporting or leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops.
- At least 5 years of experience in one or more Oracle areas, including ERP, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, AI, and industry solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience in Oracle Agentic AI and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; with an associate’s degree, at least 6 years of work experience is required.
- Oracle Cloud certifications relevant to the candidate’s area.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Ability to present solution recommendations and transformation strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions.
- Strong consulting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating across sales, consulting, delivery, industry, and technology teams.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams.

- Expertise across multiple Oracle pillars, including SaaS, PaaS, OCI, data, integration, analytics, AI, or industry solutions.
- Experience with AI-enabled business transformations and Oracle AI capabilities.
