About The Position

Blitzy is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to engage, educate, and close prospective customers seeking to modernize software development with AI. The role works directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at mid-market and enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. It is a competitive, sales-driven position focused on winning deals, building relationships, and generating revenue.

The Senior Solution Architect works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and leadership team to respond to inbound demand and manages customer relationships after sale to drive expansion across enterprise teams. The role advises customers on technical architecture and implementation, leads technical discussions and proofs of concept, supports product integration into existing development environments, and conveys customer insights to Blitzy’s product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
• Background working with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
• Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at companies such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.
• A record of excelling in competitive environments, such as as a former athlete or debater.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy on technical architecture and implementation.
• Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Run proofs of concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Guide customers through integrating Blitzy into their existing development environments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
• Serve as the technical conduit between Blitzy’s CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer teams.
