About the position
We are seeking Sr. Full Stack Software Engineers who are passionate about their work and embrace the ideals of the software craftsmanship movement and Agile development practices. This role will involve modernizing our tech stack, implementing idempotent production and continuous delivery, and driving test automation and continuous integration. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers and a team of developers, QA, and designers to translate user stories into functional applications, design and maintain application and infrastructure components, and solve complex scalability and integration problems. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required.
Responsibilities
- Help modernize the tech stack
- Assist in moving the team towards idempotent production and continuous delivery
- Contribute to test automation and continuous integration efforts
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, QA, and designers
- Drive innovation and propose new ideas for applications and processes
- Translate user stories and use cases into functional applications
- Design, implement, and maintain application and infrastructure components
- Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs
- Refactor and improve codebase maintainability
- Solve complex scalability, platform, and integration problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Proficiency in full stack software engineering
- Familiarity with software craftsmanship movement and Agile development practices
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with modernizing tech stack
- Knowledge of idempotent production and continuous delivery
- Strong understanding of test automation and continuous integration
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, developers, QA, and designers
