Senior Social Media Specialist

FleetPride•Irving, TX

About The Position

FleetPride is hiring a Senior Social Media Specialist to own its organic social media strategy and day-to-day execution, primarily across Facebook and Instagram, while evaluating expansion into channels such as TikTok, Reddit, and X. The role manages social content from idea intake through approvals, scheduling, publishing, storage, and reuse, maintaining a calendar aligned with campaigns, seasonal priorities, events, recruiting, and local opportunities. The specialist will grow FleetPride’s social audiences, create platform-native content, and use performance results to guide channel and content decisions. This is a hands-on content role involving social copy and editing, Canva graphics, and planning, capturing, editing, and publishing short-form video. Content will feature employees, technicians, customers, trucks, products, and service expertise. The specialist will manage community interactions and reputation, develop relationships with field contributors, maintain social governance and brand-safety practices, and partner with Creative, Digital Content, Performance Media, Brand, Recruiting, Communications, suppliers, and field teams. The role also establishes regular measurement and reporting, tracks social performance and business outcomes using platform analytics, social management tools, GA4, and UTM tracking, and runs structured content and community tests. FleetPride describes itself as the nation’s largest distributor of truck and trailer parts and service in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket, with more than 450 locations, over 110 service centers, six distribution centers, and 5,500 team members.
