Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to architect Airtable's social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, and build out the program with real intention. This role calls for someone who can build an overarching social strategy with distinct, channel-specific approaches that reflect how audiences actually behave on each platform. You're inheriting a program with momentum, and your job is to take it further. The ideal candidate thinks like a journalist with a beat, is proactive in their social media approach, and is a self starter and does their best work without much direction. You’ll also utilize AI to optimize workflows and get strong outputs from them. You'll work closely with Brand, PMM, Content, and Events to keep social connected to everything happening at Airtable -- product launches, campaigns, live events, and cultural moments.
