GHM has received a Michelin star eight years in a row for its restaurants Piora, Cote Korean Steakhouse & COTE Miami. As the Senior Manager of Social Media, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of GHM’s social and digital presence across all platforms. This role involves developing compelling, platform-native content to drive engagement, build community, and elevate brand storytelling. You will be responsible for end-to-end social media strategy, overseeing content planning, creation, publishing, and performance, while ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand voice across all channels. You will lead and mentor a team of social media managers and content creators, and manage external agencies and partners. Partnering closely with the CEO and Director of Marketing, Communications & Partnerships, you will shape GHM’s social identity and narrative, bringing the brand to life through innovative storytelling, real-time content, and culturally relevant campaigns. As a senior leader, you will champion social-first thinking across the organization and position social media as a key driver of brand growth, customer engagement, and business impact.
