The Senior Social Media Manager is the strategic owner of Every Man Jack's organic social presence. The right person is deeply immersed in millennial male consumer culture—with a track record of building platforms and communities around this particular segment through compelling content strategy, a distinct brand voice, and a genuine feel for what resonates. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing, they move at the speed of culture, develop a team while staying close to the work, and know when to react, when to brief, and when to let a moment pass. Ultimately, their ideas, content, and strategy should drive a measurable increase in share of voice for the Every Man Jack brand. They think in strategy and execute in-app.
