About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions. The role translates business requirements into innovative, scalable, and high-performing ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, along with a record of successful implementations. The architect will lead solution design, develop scalable platform architecture, customize and configure ServiceNow applications, and design integrations with other systems. The role also establishes governance and development practices, improves performance and scalability, ensures security and compliance, provides technical leadership and mentorship, and collaborates with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives. The position contributes to digital transformation initiatives and keeps ServiceNow capabilities aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect leading multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using ServiceNow modules and applications.
Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices, and ability to align ServiceNow solutions with ITIL principles.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nice To Haves

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of additional ITSM tools and platforms.
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow implementations, accounting for business requirements, technical constraints, and best practices.
Design scalable and efficient ServiceNow architectures that meet current and future business needs and adhere to industry standards and security best practices.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
Establish and maintain ServiceNow governance processes, development standards, and organizational best practices.
Identify performance optimization and scalability opportunities and guide development teams in implementing improvements.
Ensure ServiceNow solutions meet security requirements and compliance standards, and provide expertise on security best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, help resolve complex technical challenges, and mentor less experienced developers.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives.
