About The Position

The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital’s Center for In Vivo Imaging and Therapeutics (CIVIT) provides advanced preclinical imaging services, imaging expertise, preclinical model development, and technical support for investigator-led research. The center has a suite of imaging technologies including Bruker 9.4T MRI systems, Bruker Si78 PET/CT, Bruker Skyscan 1276 CT, Perkin Elmer IVIS 200, and the Xstrahl Radiation Research Platform (SAARP). The Scientist or Senior Scientist will join the Preclinical Diagnostic Imaging team and work with scientists and research personnel to support basic research and drug efficacy studies. The role requires significant experience planning and conducting preclinical imaging studies, including knowledge of advanced MRI techniques and sequences. Strong communication and detailed record-keeping are important in this fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position contributes to project implementation and assessment of outcomes, supporting research into novel targets and therapeutic opportunities.

Requirements
