About The Position
Lead all testing activities across a large-scale SAP implementation as part of a major ERP transformation program in the paper and pulp industry. Ensure high-quality delivery through effective planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication. This is a full-time consultant assignment based in Solna, Sweden, running from November 2026 through March 2027, with a possible extension.
Requirements
- Proven test leadership experience in large transformation programs.
- Strong ERP implementation and end-to-end testing expertise.
- Experience with enterprise test management tools.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent test management education.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice To Haves
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead test planning and execution, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate testers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage defects, incidents, and test data quality.
- Drive testing activities across a complex ERP implementation.
- Report progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
