About The Position

Dr. Reddy’s is seeking a Manager/Lead Associate – SAP to manage the design and implementation of SAP and EDI solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. The role involves delivering end-to-end integration solutions, driving innovation within the SAP ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enforcing governance processes to optimize efficiency and support successful project delivery. The position is based in Princeton, New Jersey, in person, and reports to the Lead Architect - SAP.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in a related field.
In-depth knowledge of SAP, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Integration.
Experience with cloud computing concepts and services, and implementing SAP solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and messaging protocols such as REST, SOAP, and JMS.
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP and Activate, and cloud migration strategies such as lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for SAP deployments, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
Proficiency in EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and XML, and communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and FTP.
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty and pressure while considering relevant factors and stakeholder perspectives.
Effective organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Knowledge of and exposure to serialization processes through SAP ATTP and other serialization tools such as RFXcel.

Responsibilities

Implement strategic plans and roadmaps for SAP solutions, driving development and implementation within specified timelines and budget while ensuring quality standards.
Manage the design and development of SAP solutions aligned with business requirements, industry best practices, and SAP standards, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other SAP modules.
Develop SAP solutions with consideration for scalability, performance, and integration requirements.
Deliver end-to-end integration solutions between SAP and other enterprise systems, including defining integration patterns, data exchange mechanisms, and API management strategies.
Implement SAP ATTP, including serialization protocols, data mapping, and communication standards to meet business serialization requirements.
Identify opportunities for automation and innovation in the SAP ecosystem, using technologies such as RPA, machine learning, and intelligent automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain EDI systems, including data mapping, translation, and communication protocols.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and support successful project delivery.
Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in SAP, and drive innovation within the organization.
Manage project teams, focus them on tasks, and drive productivity and performance.
Develop a cohesive team and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
