Visa sponsorship is not available. kdc/one is seeking an experienced SAP Services Lead to guide SAP application services, lead a team of four SAP Business Analysts, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving business processes, managing SAP projects, and partnering with teams across multiple locations—including our Central SAP Services team in Europe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation and support experience.
- Experience with at least two SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, or QM.
- 3–5+ years of people management experience in a multi-site environment.
- Strong SAP project management and full-lifecycle implementation experience.
- Knowledge of SAP configuration, system integrations, and custom enhancements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Power BI, GIB Suite, GuiXT, or Winshuttle is a plus.
- PMP, ITIL, Scrum, or SAP certifications are also preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP Business Analysts.
- Oversee SAP support, enhancements, integrations, and system performance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to turn operational needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and service performance.
- Support SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
