About The Position

Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) is a global diversified manufacturing company with approximately $16 billion in global revenues, seven major segments, operations in 52 countries, and approximately 45,000 employees. ITW is rolling out SAP S/4HANA across North America for a global automotive supplier. The procurement, inventory management, and warehouse execution template is established and continues to evolve with each divisional rollout. The third rollout will introduce SAP EWM, providing the opportunity to lead warehouse management design and incorporate it into the template. The Regional SAP Lead for MM/IM/EWM owns end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and warehouse execution processes in an automotive supplier environment. The role deploys and evolves the Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Execution template across divisions and sites while maintaining fit-to-standard practices, governing justified variations, and preserving local agility. It is a highly visible role on the SAP implementation core team, aligning strategic objectives with tactical needs and coordinating with plant leadership and manufacturing, quality, finance, and sales workstreams. This remote role requires travel during key project phases and for support needs, up to 50% based on project and support needs. Compensation is $120,000–$130,000 base plus bonus. ITW offers health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match. ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
