About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is hiring an SAP Test Automation Lead to guide automation and quality assurance for a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and implementation program for a Department of Defense client. The role leads the design, development, and deployment of attended and unattended automation solutions, primarily using UiPath, and oversees integration with UiPath Orchestrator. It also coordinates test automation, test-script development, and execution of system, integration, and regression testing. The lead maintains an automation process repository, prioritizes work, plans team capacity, and keeps activities on schedule while collaborating with functional, technical, automation, and testing teams. The position requires an active Secret Clearance (T3 Investigation) and U.S. citizenship.

Requirements

At least 4 years of SAP Test Automation experience.
Experience with attended and unattended automation.
SAP S/4HANA deployment experience.
Test-script development experience.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and SAP system, integration, and regression testing.
Experience with tools such as WorkSoft Certify, Tricentis TOSCA, or Automation Anywhere.
Active Secret Clearance (T3 Investigation).
U.S. citizenship.
U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
UiPath expertise, including UiPath Orchestrator.
Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration or implementation programs.
Proficiency in multiple automation platforms beyond UiPath.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of attended and unattended UiPath automation solutions.

Manage work prioritization, capacity planning, and adherence to project timelines.
Lead test automation development and execution across system, integration, and regression testing cycles.
Provide leadership across automation and quality assurance teams.
Support SAP ECC/S4 end-to-end testing aligned with Department of Defense and Federal requirements.
Integrate or evaluate alternative automation platforms, including WorkSoft Certify, Tricentis TOSCA, and Automation Anywhere.
Drive continuous improvement in automation capability and QA effectiveness.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and testing teams.
