About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior SAP SD Business Systems Analyst to support its SW & Services Monetization Program. The role focuses on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, output control, delivery, billing, and entitlement handling. The analyst will develop and support solutions across SAP and connected systems, lead and improve large-scale efforts, and maintain operational processes. The position partners with product, engineering, business, and IT teams to gather requirements, build roadmaps, implement solutions, and coordinate testing and deployments. The analyst serves as the primary liaison between IT and OTC business users and supports integrations across the OTC landscape. NVIDIA offers a comprehensive benefits package, equity, and a stated base salary range of $144,000–$230,000. Applications will be accepted at least until November 3, 2026. Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
10+ years of SAP SD implementation experience.
Deep experience enabling software and services processes, including software fulfillment, licensing management, entitlement management, software delivery, renewals, and upgrades.
Extensive experience configuring, crafting, and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions.
Strong background in master data, order management, output management, EDI, pricing, delivery management, inter-company processes, billing, and revenue recognition.
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-system integrations.
Hands-on experience building portals.
Proactive, able to work independently, and experienced in initiating new projects.
Experience collaborating with application developers and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.

Nice To Haves

Proactively offering expertise and supporting areas beyond Software and Services as needed.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA systems and integrations.
Experience with cloud platforms such as SFDC and entitlement management systems.
Familiarity with middleware architectures such as SAP PI/PO, CPI, and MuleSoft.
Experience with subscription billing products such as SAP RAR, BRIM, or Zuora.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to gather and evaluate requirements for the SW & Services Monetization Program.
Build, develop, and support solutions across the SAP Order-to-Cash landscape and associated satellite systems.
Review business requirements, process builds, solution builds, and implementations as an expert.
Build and maintain integrations between SAP and satellite systems supporting Order-to-Cash.
Create, assess, and maintain high-level project plans and detailed functional and technical build documents.
Plan roadmaps for the SW & Services Monetization Program and align efforts across IT and the business.
Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and OTC business users.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and manage weekly and monthly deployment release cycles.
Maintain and support existing operational tasks while driving continuous improvement in OTC.
