  • Experience managing deployments end to end, including sandbox strategy, data migration tools, and deployment tools such as Gearset and Copado.
  • Track record handling support requests in a ticket-based queue while balancing quick user fixes with longer-term project work.
  • Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations, align teams, and clearly explain technical trade-offs to senior business partners.
  • Sufficient English proficiency for professional verbal and written communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
  • Comfort with SOQL and experience with integrations, APIs, or Git-based CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve Salesforce support requests from go-to-market users, identify root causes of recurring issues, and implement lasting fixes.
  • Design and build maintainable, scalable declarative solutions using Flow, custom objects, validation rules, and dynamic Lightning pages.
  • Partner with business systems analysts, developers, and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and revenue operations to design solutions for go-to-market workflows and recommend simpler alternatives when appropriate.
  • Define and uphold administration best practices for flow standards, deployments, release and sandbox governance, data quality, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to review solution designs and evaluate Salesforce releases for features the business should adopt.
  • Help shape the Salesforce roadmap supporting how Unity sells and grows.
