Salesforce is the core of our technology stack, and this role owns it. You will be the primary Salesforce administrator at Solink, accountable for the reliability, accuracy, and day-to-day health of the platform across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Beyond Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to get your hands into the broader tech stack. That means supporting automation workflows in n8n, helping maintain integrations and pitching in where the team needs technical depth. This is not a 50/50 split. Salesforce comes first, and the tech exposure is an opportunity to grow your range over time. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Technology and work closely with the Director of Operational Excellence and Innovation, giving you clear direction, strong cross-functional support, and a team that is invested in your success. You'll have modern tooling behind you, Sweep for metadata visibility, documentation, and impact analysis, plus AI development tools like Claude Code, and access to Sweep's professional services team for execution capacity. Direction, judgment, and accountability for the org sit with you: external partners execute what you scope and approve, not the other way around. This is a hands-on execution role. You take pride in doing the work well, you think in systems, and you want to build something that the business actually trusts. We migrated our CRM from HubSpot to Salesforce recently. The org is live and adoption is ramping, which means we're in the stabilization phase that follows any cutover: closing out migration debt, hardening what was built quickly to hit the go-live date, and finishing data-model decisions that were deferred. HubSpot remains in production for marketing, with an active bidirectional sync to Salesforce. Your first 6–12 months will focus on: Stabilizing the post-migration org; cleaning up legacy fields and data-model items carried over from HubSpot, finalizing deduplication and lead-vs-contact routing rules, and triaging user-reported issues as adoption grows Owning the health of the HubSpot–Salesforce sync from the Salesforce side: field mappings, association logic, and sync error resolution, marketing attribution depends on it Bringing Salesforce fully in-house, taking over direction and execution of changes currently handled by external partners Establishing durable release, sandbox, and QA practices so the org scales cleanly from here If you've been through a HubSpot-to-Salesforce migration before, you'll recognize this phase. That experience is a significant asset in this role.
