About The Position

Revizto is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator & GTM Systems Manager to collaborate with an existing administrator in managing their revenue systems. This role requires a business-first approach to the Salesforce org and GTM tech stack, focusing on challenging and improving existing processes rather than just maintaining them. The successful candidate will translate how Revizto sells, renews, and expands into scalable system designs. Working with global teams across Sales, Account Management, Industry Consulting, Marketing, and Finance, this role involves shared ownership of the platform roadmap, administration, and process quality to ensure the revenue system of record remains reliable and effective during company growth. The position is located in the EASTERN TIME-ZONE ONLY. The company offers a balanced work environment that values its employees and encourages passion for tech and innovation.

  • Experience translating complex business models and pricing structures into scalable Salesforce processes
  • Comfortable co-owning a platform, communicating openly, documenting rigorously, and respecting a shared release process

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce point of contact for the assigned time zone, handling user support and process decisions.
  • Uphold a disciplined change management framework, including sandbox usage, testing, documentation, and release hygiene.
  • Understand commercial logic behind processes (pricing, quoting, renewals, territories) and translate them into clean, maintainable Salesforce designs.
  • Challenge requirements before building, pushing back on requests that add complexity without business value, and proposing simpler alternatives.

  • Troubleshoot data flow issues across systems and drive structural fixes at the source.
