As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, Channel at Vanta, you will maintain, optimize, and scale our Salesforce infrastructure for channel partnerships. Our team leverages technology to streamline channel business processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and provide insights that power smarter partner operations. We aim to build a robust, scalable, and user-friendly environment that supports Vanta's continued growth through thoughtful and effective use of Salesforce and connected channel tools. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through system configuration, process automation, and data integrity across our channel operations, working closely with our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool. With a particular focus on partner attribution and performance tracking, you'll align our Salesforce architecture with channel business needs and lead key system enhancement projects. You will ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and our PRM platform to support efficient and reliable partner operations. Your expertise will enable us to improve partner attribution tracking, deal registration workflows, and overall system reliability. You'll also serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across Channel Operations, Partnerships, and GTM teams—translating business requirements into technical solutions, asking the right questions to clarify needs, and ensuring transparent, proactive communication throughout every project.
