About The Position

As a Salesforce Administrator you will support the company’s B2B divisions, collaborating with key business partners in Sales, Account Management and Marketing. You will support day-to-day business functions, reporting, systems integrations, and various projects. To be successful in this role, you must be proficient in Salesforce, business intelligence software, Excel, and other key applications. Must be commutable to EBG's Orlando, FL office for this hybrid role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Salesforce experience (Salesforce Lightning Required, Sales Cloud Preferred)
  • Ability to understand and present reliable data in reports
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud Ecosystem
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (for detailed reporting) and PowerPoint
  • Strong process analysis and workflow optimization skills
  • Strong understanding of automations, roles and permissions, and reporting within Salesforce
  • Experience supporting integrations with other sales outreach tools such as Zoom Info.
  • Ability to manage requests utilizing organization tools (Trello or similar)
  • Detail oriented; strong problem-solving skills and general creativity
  • Proficient with complex salesforce flows
  • Ability to write, interpret, and analyze technical specifications
  • Experience with data manipulation tools (data loader, Salesforce data import wizard or workbench)
  • Excellent documentation skills and dedication
  • Strong communication skills
  • Salesforce Admin Certification

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for pipeline, activity, revenue, goals vs. actuals, and client engagement.
  • Provide daily user support: troubleshoot issues, answer questions, assist with standard requests, and promote adoption.
  • Design and optimize declarative automations (workflows, validation rules, assignment rules) for lead routing, account updates, and business processes.
  • Manage user access and security such as profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
  • Ensure data integrity: deduplication, imports/exports (Data Loader), mass updates, account hierarchy maintenance, and cleanups.
  • Configure and support integrations with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Marketo, RingLead, email sync, and other tools.
  • Administer Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features; implement process enhancements and scalability improvements.
  • Deploy changes via Change Sets/sandboxes, document configurations, and participate in cross-functional CRM projects.
  • Test use cases for new processes, workflows and automations
