Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned market segments. Proactively solicit new business through prospecting, networking, site visits, and industry engagement. Maintain and grow existing accounts by building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, RFP responses, contract negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure competitive pricing and optimal inventory utilization. Conduct property tours, client presentations, and participate in trade shows and industry events. Partner with Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group business and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and accounts in CRM systems (Delphi, etc.). Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals as outlined by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
