Job Description: Crowe’s Exempt Organization Tax Services team is passionate about serving the tax-exempt community and care deeply about shaping a brighter future for our clients, our people, and the Firm. We utilize a customized suite of solutions to collect, analyze, and assist our clients in all areas of tax compliance. Through use of technology, our Crowe professionals can provide the highest level of service to our clients resulting in spending less time ticking-and-tying and more time on analysis of the reporting, tax implications, and providing overall value-added solutions to our clients. As a Senior Manager in our National Exempt Organization Tax Services practice, you will have the opportunity to: Proactively manage client service including implementing tax strategies, researching issues, correspondence, meetings and client development Identify opportunities for tax planning and other special services, while effectively managing the work of client team members Participate and contribute to the attainment of group goals Coach, mentor, and train team members Contact, obtain and develop new exempt organization clients through new business development efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • Active CPA or Juris Doctor required
  • 8+ years tax experience in public or industry with exempt organization background
  • Form 990, 990-T and 990-PF experience required
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills client issues
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
