About The Position

Moveworks is seeking an exceptional individual to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement content and guided learning across internal teams and its partner ecosystem. This role involves the intake, organization, and governance of content within Learning Management and Content Management Systems, and leading the migration from Moveworks tools to ServiceNow platforms such as SharePoint and ServiceNow University. Requirements

  • 5–7 years in GTM enablement within a SaaS company.
  • Experience building content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Experience managing content in a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Strong perspective on learning methodologies (e.g., flipped classroom, blended learning).
  • Ownership mindset in driving content processes, governance, and cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices for content intake, tagging, and upkeep.
  • Ensure content remains up to date and aligned with evolving needs.
  • Manage content repositories (e.g., SharePoint) and learning platforms (ServiceNow University, Sales Academy).
  • Organize and curate content for internal sales teams and partner ecosystems.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of reusable raw materials (videos, assets, guided learnings) for various audiences.
  • Partner closely with teams running live sessions to ensure recordings and materials are cataloged efficiently.
