About The Position

Moveworks is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to own the comprehensive sales enablement strategy for their AE and SDR teams. This role involves building and iterating on programs to effectively ramp up sales representatives, designing and managing the SDR to AE transitional program, and conducting needs analyses with Sales leadership to identify learning and performance objectives. The manager will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and iteration of courses and programs using various delivery methods, including classroom-based, online self-paced, blended, mobile, and peer-to-peer approaches. Operationalizing ongoing hands-on coaching for AEs and SDRs, leveraging feedback and analytics for curriculum improvement, and designing on-demand video and eLearning content are key aspects of this role. Additionally, the manager will create instructor-led learning experiences with supporting materials and build a comprehensive certification program to assess participant knowledge. Collaboration with the enablement team for bi-weekly enablement calls, QBRs, and SKOs is also expected.

Requirements

  • Experience in designing, building, delivering, and measuring the efficacy of sales enablement programs.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills across a range of learner levels (individual contributor to executives).
  • Desire to create intuitive content that is memorable to the audience.
  • Expertise in designing slides and documents to optimize both style and readability.
  • A design portfolio (or examples of past content that you’ve designed).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and an openness to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Comfortable and confident presenting new concepts to large audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Own the design, development, implementation, and iteration on courses and programs for various audiences and delivery types (classroom, online, blended, mobile, peer-to-peer).
  • Operationalize ongoing hands-on coaching for AEs and SDRs.
  • Leverage participant feedback and usage analytics to establish an internal curriculum review process.
  • Design on-demand video and eLearning content for self-paced learning.
  • Create instructor-led learning experiences with supporting materials (participant/leader guides, one-pagers, presentation content).
  • Build and manage a comprehensive certification program to assess participant knowledge.
  • Support training sessions for bi-weekly enablement calls, QBR, and SKO.
