The Senior Sales Associate is a sales-focused leader who drives personal sales while ensuring daily store operations, compliance, and safety standards are carried out. The role supports Store Leadership by owning opening and closing routines, operational processes, and in-store execution while providing a best-in-class customer experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; specialty retail experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex compliance procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standards.
• Review KPIs and coach the team to expectations based on that data.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales metrics for firearms, memberships, classes, and promotions.
• Build customer relationships and increase basket size through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Complete daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, register management, and cash reconciliation.
• Produce and maintain daily operational documents, including store metrics, huddle notes, and schedules.
• Support inventory flow, merchandising, and ad set execution to maintain visual standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure customers and staff follow firearm safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with ATF regulations, including accurate execution of Form 4473 documents and background checks.
• Safeguard confidential information and ensure processes meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure the range is ready, safe, and clean at all times.
• Validate parts requirements and escalate them if needed.
