The Finance & Ops function is scaling right alongside the business, and RevOps is at the center of it. This is a rare chance to help build the operational backbone of a category-defining marketplace from the ground up, early enough to shape how the entire GTM engine runs. Agentio's growth depends on a world-class revenue engine that's precise, scalable, and tightly aligned across our go-to-market teams. We're hiring our first dedicated Senior RevOps Analyst to own the operational backbone of that engine, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Creator Partnerships, and Finance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, RevOps, you'll own a defined domain: creator-side operations and the operational health of our supply, plus the cross-marketplace execution layer that keeps the GTM machine running day to day, including HubSpot administration, recurring reporting and dashboards, data operations, workflow automation, outreach and sequence optimization, tooling support, and the monthly billing cycle. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is both a reliable operator and a sharp analyst. You'll run a heavy recurring execution load without dropping balls, bring structure to problems that aren't yet well defined, and lead the occasional high-priority initiative, translating your findings into crisp strategy docs and recommendations for leadership. It's an ideal fit for someone highly analytical, detail-oriented, systems-curious, and excited to operate in a fast-scaling environment. The role is based in our NYC hub in Union Square and is onsite five days per week.
