About The Position

RevPartners is seeking a RevOps Strategist to join their RevOps Delivery Team. This role is for individuals who are passionate about HubSpot, excel at process optimization, and are driven to foster revenue strategy and success for clients. The strategist will collaborate with partners to develop revenue strategies through go-to-market segmentation and operational enhancements, and then implement these strategies. The company's mission is to engineer revenue outcomes for GTM leaders on HubSpot and unlock human flourishing. RevPartners was founded by individuals who experienced setbacks but chose to build a company focused on excellence and valuing people.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth companies OR Minimum of 3 years in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).
  • Ability to command a meeting, lead conversations, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
  • Ability to map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis and prioritize revenue plays.
  • Ability to take a complex problem, break it down, and systematically find a solution.
  • Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies.
  • Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and lead operational improvements to help partners optimize go-to-market segmentation, operations, and business initiatives for growth.
  • Analyze existing data and map partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to create a gap analysis and prioritize revenue plays.
  • Lead partners in developing and delivering Go-to-Market strategies with strong project management and timely execution.
  • Drive organizational change management by engaging with senior stakeholders and owning delivery on key projects.
