About The Position

Greenhouse is hiring a Senior Revenue Systems Specialist to own and shape its go-to-market technology stack across both pre-sale and post-sale workflows. The role spans Salesforce, the system of record for sales, and platforms used by Customer Success and Customer Marketing, currently Gainsight and Accord. It has broad scope and latitude to influence the direction of the stack. The successful candidate is a systems generalist and solutions-oriented partner who can understand business goals, assess whether a process should be automated, and own projects from initial scoping through rollout, adoption, and documentation. They will administer post-sale platforms, manage integrations, contribute to platform migrations and consolidation, and help reduce request volume through automation and self-service. The role also involves communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders and bringing others along through documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in revenue operations, customer success operations, business systems, or platform administration.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including data model design, declarative automation, permissions and sharing, and reporting.
  • Ability to make medium to large changes to a production Salesforce org and reason about configuration performance and scale implications.
  • Hands-on ownership of Gainsight or a comparable post-sale platform, such as Totango, ChurnZero, or Planhat, with the ability to configure independently and assess whether the platform serves the business.
  • Experience independently standing up integrations and eliminating recurring failures.
  • Experience owning a platform migration or consolidation end to end, including data movement.
  • A track record of taking problems from initial report through to a working solution.
  • Comfort being the most knowledgeable person in the room on a platform, while enabling others to do the work.
  • Clear writing and the ability to explain systems, solutions, and issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across more than one post-sale platform.
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ.
  • Exposure to enrichment tooling such as Clay.
  • Experience building with MCP and agentic tooling against enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build Salesforce solutions, including data model design, declarative automation, validation, permissions, page layouts, and reporting; manage projects from scoping and intake through rollout, adoption, and documentation.
  • Administer post-sale platforms, including Gainsight and Accord, with the Customer Success Operations team. Manage rules, journeys and email programs, surveys including NPS, and workflows supporting customer health scoring, CSM assignment, and account transfers.
  • Own integrations between Salesforce, Gainsight, and other systems in the stack; independently establish new integrations and address recurring integration failures.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Marketing to assess requests and deliver appropriate solutions, whether in a system or elsewhere.
  • Lead platform migration and consolidation projects, including evaluation, vendor assessment, data movement, cutover, and adoption.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities and risks in the technology stack and its implementation.
  • Document solutions and reduce request volume over time through automation and self-service.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.
