•$110,000 - $130,000•Remote

About The Position

Accuris is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to own and improve its go-to-market technology stack, treating it as a product rather than a maintenance function. The role oversees Salesforce and connected systems, including Gong, HubSpot, LeanData, and Cloudingo, ensuring that integrations and data flows are healthy and that the stack can scale with the business. The analyst proactively uses data, AI, and automation to identify process issues and opportunities before they disrupt pipeline or operations. Working with Sales, IT, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, the analyst translates business needs into scalable, intuitive systems and uses data to support decisions. The role includes defining requirements, partnering with Salesforce developers, leading cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, automating workflows, maintaining data integrity, and managing incidents and change processes. This is a US-based remote position. The anticipated base salary range is $110,000 to $130,000, adjusted according to location, experience, and qualifications. The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits; benefit details are available from the assigned recruiter.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of business experience, including deep experience in go-to-market operations (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue Operations) or a forward-deployed role establishing operational flows for go-to-market clients.
  • Deep Salesforce administration experience, including configuration, Flow building, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience building and managing modern go-to-market systems and integrations.
  • Strong SQL or data-analysis skills to investigate data-quality issues and independently build reporting.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar, beyond native CRM reporting.
  • Strong project-management skills and ability to drive priorities from ideation to execution, prioritizing by business impact rather than inbound requests alone.
  • Curiosity and an evidence-driven approach to analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, identifying gaps, generating solutions, and supporting decisions with data.
  • Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence challenging assumptions, and willingness to support final decisions that take a different direction.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Gong, Sales Navigator, Cloudingo, and LeanData.

Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market technology stack and ensure Salesforce and adjacent systems—including Gong, HubSpot, LeanData, and Cloudingo—operate as a connected system with clean data flows, healthy integrations, and room to scale.
  • Analyze internal data to investigate gaps, find root causes, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and recommend ways to optimize go-to-market processes.
  • Define requirements and partner with Salesforce developers on architecture, testing, and enablement plans for enhancements and projects.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market systems projects from scoping and technical approach through stakeholder buy-in and delivery.
  • Build and manage automation workflows to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and support commissions, territory management, and data enrichment.
  • Drive data quality across systems, workflows, and reporting through deduplication, standardization, and enforcement of data-entry standards.
  • Manage incident response, change management, monitoring and alerting automation, and documented processes to ensure knowledge is not siloed.
