Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations

MultiTech•Mounds View, MN

About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations is the analytical engine of MultiTech’s Commercial function. The role owns pricing and sales analytics, makes day-to-day pricing and deal-desk decisions within established guardrails, builds quoting tools for the Sales team, and produces reporting and materials used by commercial leadership. The position reports to the VP of Revenue and works directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and Sales team; its analysis may also reach the board and the company’s sponsor. The role partners closely with Finance and regularly works with Legal, Product, and Operations. The position is intended for someone from consulting, analytics, or operations with a strong quantitative background who is looking for ownership beyond an advisory role. Scope and decision authority are expected to grow with performance, and the role is designed as a potential path toward leading pricing, commercial strategy, or Revenue Operations as the function scales. Candidates in the Twin Cities or New York City are preferred; remote arrangements will be considered, with occasional travel to MultiTech’s Minnesota headquarters.
