MultiTech•Mounds View, MN
•$85,000 - $112,000•Remote

About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations is the analytical engine of MultiTech’s Commercial function. The role owns pricing and sales analytics, makes day-to-day pricing and deal-desk decisions within established guardrails, builds quoting tools for the Sales team, and prepares reporting and materials for commercial leadership. The analyst reports to the VP of Revenue and works directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and Sales team; the role’s analysis may also reach the board and the company’s private equity sponsor. The position partners closely with Finance and regularly works with Legal, Product, and Operations. The role is suited to someone from consulting, analytics, or operations with a strong quantitative background who wants operational ownership. Scope and decision authority are expected to grow with performance, and the position is described as a potential path toward leading pricing, commercial strategy, or Revenue Operations as the function scales. Candidates in the Twin Cities or New York City are preferred. Remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate, with occasional travel to MultiTech’s Minnesota headquarters.
