About The Position
At Bank of America, this role processes vehicle loans and leases approved by an Underwriter in preparation for funding. The position reviews and collects documentation and works with clients, including auto dealerships, to satisfy funding conditions. It provides a high level of customer service to internal business partners and external customers, proactively identifying and resolving transactional issues. The role is based at the listed Bank of America locations in Las Vegas, Nevada, or Richmond, Virginia, and follows a first shift schedule of 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Must have current Dealer Funding experience.
- High School Diploma, GED, secondary school, or equivalent.
- Skills in collaboration, credit documentation requirements, customer and client focus, problem solving, attention to detail, business acumen, credit and risk assessment, oral communications, recording and organizing information, data management, research, and written communications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to decide credit requests within the required Service Level Agreement period.
- Clear conditions and complete the final loan approval.
- Apply knowledge of funding policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze collateral documentation to ensure adherence to policy guidelines.
- Review loan documents to finalize and complete funding.
- Review and collect documentation and work with clients, including auto dealerships, to meet funding conditions.
- Proactively identify and resolve transactional issues.
