We are looking for a Remote Senior Recruiter who brings deep experience in skilled trades recruiting and knows how to identify, engage, and close talent that keeps critical operations running. This role focuses on high-demand skilled trades roles, with a focus on maintenance technicians, ammonia and Freon refrigeration specialists, and facility support talent. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with operations leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, technical requirements, and hiring challenges across multiple sites. They will build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in competitive labor markets and drive a high-touch candidate experience. The role also involves leading intake sessions, calibration discussions, and debriefs, proactively developing talent pipelines, and representing the company at hiring events and job fairs. The Senior Recruiter will track and analyze recruiting performance to optimize strategies and influence hiring decisions. This is not a high-volume, transactional recruiting role, but rather for someone who enjoys digging into niche talent markets, takes pride in filling difficult roles, and wants to play a key role in supporting mission-critical operations.
